When you register, we collect your name, email address, username, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash). If you complete Telegram KYC, we store your Telegram username and chat ID. Optional profile data (bio, country, skills, social links) is only stored if you provide it.
Your information is used to: operate and improve the Platform, calculate and display your points and rank, verify identity via Telegram KYC, process Tuition Fund applications, and send important platform announcements.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g., MongoDB Atlas for data storage) solely to operate the Platform. We will disclose data if required by law.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and do not track your activity across other websites.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted passwords, HTTPS, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion requests are processed within 14 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via a platform announcement.
