By accessing or using Tuition Onchain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Points earned on the Platform are for internal use only and have no monetary value. Points determine priority access to the Tuition Fund programme. Tuition Onchain reserves the right to adjust point values, thresholds, and rewards at any time.
The Tuition Fund is a discretionary programme. Reaching the point threshold grants priority status during the review process but does not guarantee funding. All applications are subject to team review, available funds, and eligibility criteria.
Referral rewards are granted when eligible users complete the required actions. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals or fraudulent accounts, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
Telegram KYC is used to verify identity and prevent duplicate accounts. Your Telegram username and chat ID are stored solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties.
You agree not to: create fake accounts, manipulate the points or referral system, post harmful or misleading content, or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.
All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, and copy, is the property of Tuition Onchain. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is." Tuition Onchain makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
